HydroSmith provides professional RO repair, installation, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), filter replacement, and water purifier maintenance services. Our services are available in Gurugram, Haryana, and surrounding areas as indicated on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions or changes.

2. Service Booking & Appointments

1. Booking: You may book a service by calling us at 1800-202-5013 or through our website's availability checker. A confirmed appointment is subject to technician availability.
2. Estimated Timings: All time estimates provided (e.g., "same-day service", "estimated response time") are approximate and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet these estimates.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by notifying us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a nominal fee.
4. Access: You must ensure that a person 18 years or older is present at the service location to grant access to our technician. If access is denied, a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

1. Quotes: We provide upfront quotes based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during the service. We will inform you of any changes before proceeding.
2. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
3. Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Invoices: A detailed invoice will be provided for every service, clearly listing the services rendered and parts used.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

1. Service Warranty: We stand behind our work. Warranties cover the specific repair or part for a defined period from the date of service. The warranty period will be communicated to you before service commencement.
2. Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, power surges, water quality issues, or unauthorized modifications.
3. Parts Warranty: Parts used in repairs are warranted by the manufacturer. We will assist you with any warranty claims on parts.
4. Limitation: Our warranties are limited to the cost of the original repair or part. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
